Peter Galipeau

Before joining SUNY Orange, Peter was the Production Manager at the Papermill Theatre in New Hampshire, Production Stage Manager/House Designer at New Hampton School's McEvoy Theatre. Has also been a tour manager for Celebrations: An African Odyssey, Production Stage Manager for the Connecticut Gay Men's Chorus and Assistant Stage Manager for COBB at the Stanford Center For The Arts. At New York's Fleetwood Stage, Peter has performed in roles which include Ross in Macbeth, Brent in the world premiere of Imitating Life, the Dromios in Comedy of Errors and Demetrius in A Midsummer Nights Dream. He has also performed at the 29th Street Rep. in McNally's Bad Habits and at Primary Stages in a staged reading of Falling Grace. In 1998 he was commissioned by the American Geological Institute in Washington, D.C. to create and perform a historical piece commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of the A.G. I. He has taught acting at SUNY/Purchase, Fleetwood Stage Conservatory, The New Hampton School, and in the Croton/Harmon school district.
